All patients have a membership card with a QR code. Scanning the QR code on the membership card triggers automatic payment to you for their visit. The card must be scanned at every visit to trigger payment. This simple payment system means that you do not have to send any invoices, and you do not have to record payment, as this automatically appears in your OcuPlan account.
Learn how you or your team can scan the QR code. There are 3 different ways to scan a QR code on the membership card:

  1. An OcuPlan account
  2. Kiosk
  3. A camera, on any smart device
